Rockhopper and his ship, the Migrator, are coming to Club Penguin! Go to the Lighthouse Beacon, and look through the telescope to see him! He will arrive when Coins For Change starts. Even the Migrator is decorated for Coins for Change! I think this is how the Migrator will look like when it gets closer:
