The F.I.S.H. catalog is packed with secrets, clues, and hidden notes! Lucky to know, I've found all these secrets!
On the back cover (page 1) of the F.I.S.H. catalog, there's a hidden Table Of Contents! To see the Table of Contents, highlight this area below:

On page 3, click the word "3" to get a secret message! Thanks, Ajc7298, for this tip.

On page 7, click on the Sunglasses and find the Night-Vision Goggles. The Night-Vision Goggles actually have a code on them! It says "Solar Powered".

On page 8, in the "Special Dances" section, click on the boxes and make them change pictures!

On page 10, click on the Antenna to reveal a secret message!

The message is coded. If you translate it, the message says "The LED Light blinks "you are cool" in Morse"! What that means is on your Spy Phone, there's a red blinking light. The blinks are in Morse code! In Morse code, those red blinking lights translate to "you are cool".
On page 14, click on this code below, and you'll get a hidden message!

ReplyDeletethe F.I.S.H catologue does not exsist anymore because the PSA does not exsist either. If you do the PSA missions you will undrstand the story of how the PSA is transformed to the EPF

ReplyDeleteSorry to break it to all you penguins, or EPF (former - PSA) agents, but the F.I.S.H. catalog now does not exist. If you go on Club Penguin, go to Ski Village and into the Phone Agency ( or something like that) you will see a few desks full of papers and some computers on the desk and at far north there is a waterfall wall. Place your mouse over this and you will see it slowly transform into steps, and a EPF entrance. Click the entrance and you will waddle into the EPF room. Far south-east and there should be a place with a greenish-transparent screens and a suit jacket or two laying on the ground. Go to here and you will have a selection of Missions. ( Luckily, if one of them are too hard for you, you can exit it and go to the next one ) If you complete the last one, you will see how PSA was destroyed ( SPOILER ALERT: Destroyed by Herbert of course - who else? ) and EPF was born! Hint: it involved popcorn...And A LOT of it as well...

To find the F.I.S.H catalog go to the epf base and walk into the tube transport the fish catalog will be in the corner of your screen.
