Open your Spy Phone, and click the "Elite Gear" button.


Then click the "Tactical" tab.


You've found the new tactical gear!

    If youre in the command room and all the chairs at the big EPF table are filled a secret movie will play on the big TV Screen. Try it. Its cool.
