Cena12121- The storm is a thunderstorm, a thunderstorm has rain. The rain will represent the water that means i9n the next 2 to 3 weeks that they will start the construction, or it will be out.

Now I don't know about the clouds but I'm sure it will rain, The new dojo is behind the waterfall that you can see from the dojo courtyard and It won't be snow because Sensei said this 'This amulet is the key to the elements, and their mastery. When he talked about the gems, the fire one showed first then the water one then snow
