Step 1. Go the Command Room and accept the Field-Op.
Step 2. Go to the Forest and enter the Hidden Lake...
...then walk to the broken Aqua Grabber.
Step 3. Puzzle found! Match the red dots with one another. If they do match, the dots will turn green.
You've finished the Field-Op mission! Here's your medal!

Cena - have you noticed that the first letters of Everyday Phoning Facility (where you enter the HQ), spells out E.P.F. for Elite Penguin Force!
U are good but is there any 2011 field ops yet?
