I think that the picture you said you have no idea what it is is a runway for the Penguin Awards or something like that
I think that the last picture is for the April Fool's party because of the Box Dimension entrance. Also, I think that that thing you thought was the living sled is one of those giant penguin monuments.
I might no why thing is for. It might be for famous penguins to walk on, and then there's a big crowd.

Also, I think what you thought was the sled is actually a statue of a penguin
In the second photo of the Underwater Expedition
look at the window hole its the blue crab.The photo you dont know is might be a catwalk for a purple puffle or the Penguin Awards.Rockhoppers ship is for the red puffle the ship wrecked Migrator is for the Underwater Expediton maybe and the last picture is maybe for the Aprils Fools party look at the boxes. I also found a secret video pause at 0.49 until you see a box at the entrance for the Expedition click on the box and you will see a preview for the Expedition which has a free item and the island being tipped with anvils at the Lighthouse.

I think the third picture you posted is for like a beauty pageant.
I dont think thats the haunted sled it looks more like the talking statuefrom the april fools day maze from last year, or at lest that what it looks like for me, plus it would make sence because the box demontion is for april fools, thats my opinion.
