Club Penguin posted on Twitter that PH the Puffle Handler will be returning to the Club Penguin island starting November 14! This means that penguins will get the change to find and meet PH on different servers.
And I'm pretty sure PH is returning just in time for the release of the Gold Puffle! Maybe she can give us more information on this strange discovery...
