According to Daffodaily5, Mr Slumpy made a puffle using the Puffle Clay Kit in this month's issue of the UK magazine (released today). Check it out.

There's a new pin in Club Penguin! It's the Blue Puffle pin.

To find the Blue Puffle pin:

Step 1. Open your map and go to the Ski Village, enter Ski Lodge then go upstairs to the Lodge Attic.
Step 2. Find and click on the Blue Puffle pin.
