Club Penguin Times Newspaper Issue 462 - Ice Palace Grand Opening!

Club Penguin released the 462nd edition of the Club Penguin Times. This week's feature story has been written by Aunt Arctic. This article officially announces the release of the Ice Palace. It tells you what you can do at the Ice Palace in brief.
