Penguins should head to their igloos to check out their brand new igloo backyards! All you have to do is click on the "Backyard" button.

Also, check out the new puffle stats display. It way better then that huge window that used to pop up. To move a puffle to your backyard, just click the arrow button.

Club Penguin members can now adopt up to 40 puffles! Have fun with all you new furry friends!

You can now access your igloo from the map, thanks to the latest Club Penguin update. Click the igloo that is separated from the cluster.

Club Penguin Igloo Backyard for Puffles!

Club Penguin has recently announced Igloo Backyards on the What's New blog! This new update will allow members to adopt up to 40 puffles! You'll be able to have 10 puffles in your igloo, and the rest in your backyard. Here's a sneak peek picture:

When puffles are in your backyard, their stats won't decrease - a good thing for lazy people like me! Igloo backyards come this January 22.

Halloween Igloo Contents 2012 BEGINS!

Club Penguin's annual Halloween Igloo contest has now started! This year, Club Penguin is looking for the scariest igloo.

PRIZES:

1st Place - ONE MILLION COINS and six rare items.
2nd Place - 10,000 coins and three rare items.
3rd Place - 1,000 coins and one rare item.
40 runner up winners - 1,000 coins.

To enter, go to your igloo and click the contest button.

The contest is from October 11 to the 16. Good luck!

Club Penguin Tropical Igloo Contest 2012!

To celebrate summer, Club Penguin is throwing a Tropical Igloo Contest!

Contest starts August 9 and ends on the 14. Also on August 9 there will be a new Furniture catalog, that means new "tropical" items to decorate with!

FIRST place will get: 6 rare igloo items and 1,000,000 coins!!!
SECOND place will get: 3 rare igloo item and 10,000 coins
THIRD place will get: 1 rare igloo item and 1,000 coins

There will also be 40 runner-up winners who will get 1,000 coins.

WOW the first place prize is amazing! One million coins?! AWESOME!

NEW Club Penguin Igloo Features Released!

Penguins should head to their igloos right now and take a look at all the updated and new igloo features!

Start off by clicking the igloo edit button.

The igloo editing menu will come up. You can set your igloo open to everyone or just your friends. You can also see how many "LIKES" your igloo has.

Click the "Edit" button to add furniture to your igloo.

This is the new editing interface. You can now save all the floors you buy (yes! no more waisting coins), and the newest features: igloo backgrounds! You can buy igloo bakgrounds from the Igloo Catalog.

You can also create and save three different igloos. Just click the "+" button.

I think these updates are much needed (and about time too). These updates will provide a better igloo experience to all penguins!

New Club Penguin Igloo Features Coming Soon!

Club Penguin has posted a sneak peek video on their YouTube channel:



The video shows a new experience coming to igloos! Some of the new features include:

• Adding igloo backgrounds
• A "Like" feature for people to "like" your igloo
• Remove your igloo and just live in the wilderness.
• A new editing layout, similar to the layout when you click on puffles
• Save your igloos! You can save your igloo, then build a different igloo, but if you get tired of your new one, you can go back to your saved igloo!

Wow, Club Penguin has completely overhauled igloos! A needed update!

Club Penguin Igloo Floor Glitch!

UPDATE:
This bug has been fixed by Club Penguin. Your igloo's floor have return to normal!

If you had a floor carpet in your igloo, it's now GONE!

Yesterday, I was decorating my igloo for the Halloween contest and I took a picture of it. This is how I left my igloo last night:


And when I logged in today, it was gone!


And worse, if you try buying the same carpet again, it says you already have that item! LOL!

I hope the carpet glitch gets fixed before the Halloween Igloo contest judges look at my igloo! Agreed?
