This blue and green party hat was given out at Club Penguin's 1st Anniversary party.
This yellow and orange party hat was given out at Club Penguin's 2nd Anniversary party.
This blue, yellow, and orange party hat was given out at Club Penguin's 3rd Anniversary party.
I'm predicting that this years party hat will be green, yellow, and blue! Here's how its going to look.
How do I know this? In a old newspaper, Club Penguin put pictures of 3 different colored balloons. The balloon's color where green, yellow and blue.
That means that those will be this year's party color theme and the colors for the party hat! Club Penguin's 4th Anniversary Party is going to be this Saturday at the Coffee Shop. Remember, its only for one day!

Yeah... About that, those three colors are there because Green: Was in first Yellow: was in second party hat and blue was in third. i emailed them about it and they said no. i hope they werent LIEING!
