What does the "Field Ops" thing do?

No one really knows what the "Field-Ops" gadget will do on your Elite Spy Phone.
But Club Penguin's only description they gave of this feature is "Coming soon - Field-Ops. Be ready to report for duty."
So I'm guessing the Field-Ops will be telling us our orders, or something like that!
