Happy77 Leaves Disney Club Penguin!

More sad news today as we learn Happy77 will be leaving Club Penguin. This comes a few days after learning about Billybob's departure. Here is Happy77's goodbye post:

"Happy77 here. It's almost Club Penguin's anniversary. Hard to believe that Club Penguin is almost 7 years old already!
I'm writing this post to let you know that I'll also be moving on from Club Penguin. I'll be spending my time raising my children. Who knows? Maybe one day my kids will grow up to be bloggers, too. :)

I’ve had an amazing time here at Club Penguin. Like Billybob, you're the reason I've done this for so long. Polo Field and Businesmoose have been helping me since I first started blogging in 2008, so I know you’re in good hands.

Thanks for being so supportive, and for the great memories."

Happy77 is part of the original Club Penguin team, before Club Penguin grew and got bought by Disney.

I've meet Happy77 two times in the game:

The community will sure miss you Happy77, thanks for all your work!

Happy77 Interviews A Puffle Animator!

As you know, puffles are soon getting new animation! Today on the What's New blog, Happy77, a Club Penguin moderator, interviewed a Puffle Animator. Here's what the Puffle Animator had to say.

Question: Tell me some your favorite puffle facts.
Answer: My favorite puffle facts, hmmmm...I love how crazy they go over puffle O's and how they'll do anything to get 'em. Even jump into a cannon! Another of my fave facts is how puffles looove to dance. If you dance they'll be dancin' right beside you!

Question: RayToolbear wanted to know: What kind of creativity do you need when you animate puffles?
Answer: Great question Ray Toolbear! When I'm animating puffles I love to sketch out hilarious pictures of how they would react. This helps me to pull out the funniest, off the wall expressions from each puffle. Sometimes when I'm in need of creativity I get my friends to make funny faces and I draw their expressions :D

Question: Jackcol9 asked: What new tricks will puffles be able to do?
Answer: Thanks for your question Jackol9. New tricks you ask... Well, puffles will be expressing themselves more! They love to have their hair brushed into crazy styles, they'll jump for joy over treats you feed them, and let you know what they like and don't!

Also, Happy77 recently opened up her own YouTube channel! She posted a video of more puffle animation sneak peeks!

I think it's fantastic how Happy77 set up a YouTube page! Awesome sneak peeks!
