Club Penguin has recently announced Igloo Backyards on the What's New blog! This new update will allow members to adopt up to 40 puffles! You'll be able to have 10 puffles in your igloo, and the rest in your backyard. Here's a sneak peek picture:

When puffles are in your backyard, their stats won't decrease - a good thing for lazy people like me! Igloo backyards come this January 22.

Club Penguin Ultimate Jam Mobile Site

Club Penguin has updated their mobile site for the Make Your Mark: Ultimate Jam party!

The top of the site features Cadence, Rocky, and CeCe.

The rest of the site has a link to download the Puffle Luanch app, and a video of puffles and Card-Jitsu water.

Club Penguin's mobile site is visible on mobile phones.

New Club Penguin Updates For PARENTS!

Club Penguin has updated and added more tools and resources for parents! To start, they totally redesigned the ClubPenguin.com/Parents website. Take a look:

They've also added social media tools for parents, including a Facebook app called "Disney Parent App"! Parents can go to Facebook.com/DisneyParentApp and join their application.

Here, parents can track their child's progress. They can also send you postcards and free coins!

Club Penguin has also arrived to Twitter! You can follow Club Penguin's parents account at Twitter.com/CPparents.

Club Penguin has created a new page on their websites for mobile apps. It's Community.ClubPenguin.com/Club-Penguin-Mobile-Apps.

The Club Penguin homepage has also been taken over with a big advertisement for the Puffle Launch app.

There's even a new login screen.

Club Penguin is really trying to spread the word about the Puffle Launch app. It comes out September 15 in the iTunes App Store.

Club Penguin is aware that everyone is mad at the downtime, so they are trying their best to fix things to make costumers happy. If you are a member and Club Penguin is not working for you, you can get a free 1 week membership time added to your current membership plan!

Club Penguin Website GONE?! Domain Expires!

Like millions of other penguins today, I woke up, went to my computer, and opened up Club Penguin but... THE WEBSITE WAS GONE! Instead of going to www.ClubPenguin.com, it redirected me to this weird site.

See, here's what happened. When you buy a website, you have to pay for the domain (the website URL) every few years. Today was Club Penguin's expiration date, and they forgot to renew their domain! So the website does not belong to them until they renew it.

I can't believe that this is game bought by Disney for over 300 million dollars, and they just forget to renew their domain. That is mega embarrassing!

In the end however, Club Penguin offices are going crazy and freaking out trying to get their website back.

Haha, let's hope the site will be back up within a couple hours.

UPDATE: Club Penguin has renewed their domain and the site is slowly starting to work for penguins. Others however still have the problem. There is no way to fix this, you'll just have to wait it out (It takes up to 72 hours or more for a website to renew it's domain after being expired).

How To Make Club Penguin Go Faster!

I heard that Card-Jitsu Water was slow and laggy, but I didn't think it was that bad until I played Card-Jitsu Water at my friend's house!

He has a kinda slow computer, but I couldn't believe how much Card-Jitsu Water was lagging! It was impossible to win one game because of the lag!

So when I came home, I dug deep and got you guys two great tips that will make Card-Jitsu Water, and Club Penguin itself, run way faster!

TIP #1:
Play Club Penguin in a smaller screen!

It is unbelievable how much faster it goes!

To do so, just click the "Small Screen" button on Club Penguin!


Now you're playing Club Penguin in a small screen version.


TIP #2:
Lower your resolution!

Resolution means how well the image quality of a game/picture is.


To do this, open up Club Penguin, and just press the "-" or "=" key.


To go back to high resolution, press just the "-" or "=" key again.

Low resolution will not give you the best quality image, but it sure does help when playing Card-Jitsu Water!

These two tips should make Club Penguin run way faster!
